What is happening with Colorado Golf Club Real Estate?
It has been a busy first quarter! One luxury single family sale and 1 off market Double ended Betts Lake home by Jack O’Connor.
There were 2 total home sales and 2 total land sales. There are currently 6 luxury single family pending and no Betts lake.
Interestingly there are still 18 lots pending for Betts Ranch that us currently having the infrastructure set up.
The big news is we currently have 6 Pending Sales at Colorado Golf Club, some of those will be closed later this year and beginning of the following year as they are owned by builders and are spec homes. Some are resale that should closer in the next couple months.
